Midterm Symposium 2025

The Midterm Symposium in 2025 provided an overview of the results achieved during the funding period and laid the foundation for the second funding period. In plenary sessions, the key results, conceptual and methodological challenges as well as future goals were discussed. Renowned speakers David Dupret (University of Oxford), Ofer Yizhar (Weizmann Institute), Cyriel Pennartz (University of Amsterdam), Victoria Puig (Institute of Biomedical Research Barcelona), and Georgia Koppe (Heidelberg University) gave keynote lectures and provided valuable input and inspiration. The meeting concluded with the presentation of the new concept for the second funding period and discussion of the implementation measures.
